heh, tit.
Also, chassis armor choices are not all equal. In DSL 2.1, Armors can be classified by their strength/weight ratio. In order of quality, the armors are: -Pl3,Ti10,Ti5,Ti1 (all the best armors you can have, all are equal)-St5, Pl5, Pl10 (good choices)-Ti3,Pl1,Al3, St10 (average to bad)-St3, St1, Al1, Al5, Al10 (all just plain bad. Avoid)-DSA (Awful choice, why are you even using this in DSL) (The equivalent of playing Pichu blindfolded in Super Smash Bros.)As you can see, Titanium is overall the best choice, then Plastic, then Steel, then Aluminium which in in overall the worst choice. In general Steel 5 is the highest armor you should use. Unless in very particular cases anything more is better used on drive or weapons. Remember : Armor doesn't make you win battles, drive and weapons do.
If he doesn't have anything better to use the weight on then there isn't a reason not for them.
Gaps in the bars for the HW are odd. Otherwise pretty good.SHW looks like something Mazakari did recently.I love the MW, Looks awesome. However Aluminium is terrible. NEVER, EVER use it. Im not sure on the specifics but its got a bad Weight to Strength ratio.Always go for Tit 3 at least for mw, BUT I think other builders would know better on that part.
The VS is well put together but is nearly the exact same as Plazmic Inferno's Skism.

Yeah, I pretty much cloned Mazakari's bot, except this one is in DSL2 whilst I believe his was DSL3. As for the armour thing, after I'm building a bot I'll add the armour, so it's just whatever is closest to weight limit.Quote from: 090901 on August 07, 2015, 12:36:20 PMIf he doesn't have anything better to use the weight on then there isn't a reason not for them. ^that

Works pretty well for an IRL clamp.
Get something on there for eyes and you're golden. 2 half hex plates sticking out the top of the chassis behind the jaw would look awesome.
