Looks good but might want different weapons.
What i would do it get rid or the firestorm flipper and either replace it with something smaller or remove it all and move the weapons back.
Or just move the weapons back a bit. I dunno.
EDIT: pfft... stupidity from me again  :p
Just move the weapons back

Thanks for the input, but why would that help? Without the Firestorm Flipper all the bots go charging up and off the back, which is no use.  ;)
Lolz no idea.
I shall go fixxx now

See if you can make it lower it height, or you may tip over.
I would, but when I rebuild things, one or more of 3 things happen:

1. It turns out as a Popup, or if it's already a popup, it turns out as a flipper.
2. I muck it up and lose it.
3. I  get bored half way through and abandon it, never touching it again.

Anyway, the half-sheet and skirt arrangement help it keep stable and improve the wedge. Thanks for the advice, though, I'll keep it in mind for my next bot(s)

Everyone seems to be using that reference now....I bet they don't even know what it's referencing exactly

Anyway, a change of weaponry there would be better.
Shrink the chassis, or make it wedged, cause it's too big if you ask me there.
And how many ants do you have in there?

What weapons? Hypnos have the highest DP that I can use, exept I think the DS teeth, should I use those? Which 1s?

6 Ants.
I only need 4 but I want full power on all motors for as long as possible, I like to fight on no time limit.

Razors, I think. Razors are one of the best weapons in DSL.

(edit): Noticed that. Whoops!

Razors facing upwards. You can put something on the sides if you want, but you need razors.

Judging from their stats, Hypno teeth are fine.

Not bad, though you can be more efficient overall.

Stats are good, problem is they have a tiny collision mesh. It is very hard to hit anything with them. I would switch them IMO

Update to Acid Pain, now Acid Pain 1.5:

Just tested the new design, and with a little tweak to the rear skirts I beat SheBeast in 45 seconds via KO, with me taking no chassis damage. Better than I expected for my 1st juggler.

Judging from their stats, Hypno teeth are fine.

Not bad, though you can be more efficient overall.

Efficiency makes good bots.
Non-efficiency makes fun bots, that I prefer.

If I was entering a tournament (Which I'm not, In case you were wondering, which you obviously weren't wondering as why would you bother thinking of another newbie's tournament entries? Anyway, I'm not up to tourney standard, IMO.) I would make an efficient bot.

Anyway, I COULD make it more efficient, yes, but apart from extra chassis space to be found I'm not sure how. And the extra chassis HP is useful, no?

And has anyone got footage of HazCon or InfCon doing well in battle? I would like to see how they work so I can improve my own juggler.

Not up to tourney standards, my ass. Anyone can join a tourney as long as the entries follow the restrictions. :P

HazCon did well because of its relatively phenomenal wedges (I used 'phenomenal' because its wedges are practically outdated nowadays). InfCon, not so much.

Nary did update both, though:

Just have enough high-DP weapons and good wedges and you'll be fine. :D
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)

Problem with those is that the bots fly right over the top...

Does it really matter? There will come a time when the opponent will get pinned anyway (which will most likely be the time just after it flew up from the secondary wedge). :P

A lot of RA2 has taught me that you should always make the most of the first chance you get when you get under a robot, because you may not get another, why fight the wedge war 5, 6, maybe even more times in a match where the other bot could get lucky (ItI anyone?) and get under you. Fight the wedge war once, and there's a better chance that you will win it if you have the better wedges, because there won't be enough chances for the other bot to have flukes. And the other bot might not be built to let you get away as easily.

I'm not entering any tourney until I can get past the 1st round. IMO, there's no point in entering if you get trashed immediately. Also, this BBEANS is stock and I suck at AIing.
