Not really. It would be pretty decent as a HW I think but as a MW I really don't have enough weight to work with. It needs more powerful bursts, more drive and more space. It's not totally terrible but it's not exactly something I would be happy with submitting for a challenge, for example.

I'm not one to waste a good chassis. 596kg or something. Replacing my ugly as **** tryhard entry to DoT's tournament. 2 storm bursts worked better in testing than 2 ling VDMAs, and I think they look better.

fair point. I guess you could have used some of the piston bursts but oh well.
The straight VDMAs had less flipping power for their weight in my testing, and I couldn't find room for a single beta.
