Armor panels don't do damage. Put beater bars or teeth on the bottom of the armor panels instead of the wedge edges and you should be good to go.
EDIT: also holy sh** that's amazing
720.2kg Weight (60kg left to fit in some teeth)Nonetheless looks super cool. Kudos to you for managing to make a full body spinner interesting
Minor nitpick: I'm not sure you'll need that much battery. You should be able to get away with only having WP836Es, and then you'll have enough weight for four Large Typhoon Teeth (one on each yellow segment) and a Megabyte self-righting pole thing on top. Externally, however, it looks bloody awesome.
As already stated, looks amazing. Loving the punny name too. How's the shell's balance handle over time? Historically I've had some trouble with 2wd shells going Mauler without making contact.

Here's another crack at a DSL IRL Heavyweight, the end result turned into a combination of Tornado's frame with Season Two Bite Force's Weapon Setup and a police car themed paint job which gives us;That's within the weight limit? No ****ing way. You're a god, man

Real ****in nice
You're gonna want to put some of the wedge edges (can't remember the exact name) on your front armour panels so your bot doesn't get outwedged by everything under the sun
x1 Ax2250 Control UnitWow! My family's too poor to afford a whole Ax2250 Control Unit!

It's just plain sarcasm over the fact that you listed a control unit in the robot's key features.x1 Ax2250 Control UnitWow! My family's too poor to afford a whole Ax2250 Control Unit!
Is this a joke that I'm just not getting?

Absolutely lovely. The way you made the panic attack skirt fit seamlessly with the design is awesome. That is not a Panic Attack skirt, he's used alternating black and gold wedgelets in order to do that front wedge, which makes it better imo.
The idea for a honeycomb shaped spinner sounds awesome too. Hopefully you can get it to work at some point
Oh yeah. Damn that IS sick. Amazing how you manage to fit all this elaborate stuff into the weight limitAbsolutely lovely. Nobody cares about the double post, holy sh** look at that thing. Snake byte's mad extender arm is cool and all but Predaplant is unique.
Kinda want to send you Aphid and Mantis for it to snack on. :dumb)
I'm not sure how to feel about this. The main kinda chassis part just looks so fragile and out of scale. :/
teehee trapsDon't even need to skin a disc red. There's red discs already included in the new version of DSC's pack
I think you would just be better off skinning the disc red instead of adding a layer of red extenders. That should at least free up the weight to make it look beefier.
I haven't had very much time for RA2 recently so these are simple modifications rather than completely new bots...

After an early exit in Ironbound I've completely rebuilt the shell spinner trying to get it as compact as I physically can, upgrading the motors to get as much out of the drive & weaponary. It's pretty much a flawed design due to the weight of the shell causing the spinner to stop on impact and spin back up from zero but hopefully it at least looks good in the arena!

Started as a heavyweight, then I slapped armour all over it and called it a super heavyweight and now I've made some modifications to the heavyweight version to give it enough drive to be a nasty little sit and spin bot.
Weight: 799.6kg
Weapon Motor: x2 Perm 132
Drive Motor: x2 TWM3R2
Power: x2 E-Long Batteries
Yeah a 4-Mag isn't going to cut it for a HW shell. A 6-Mag is the minimum, but unfortunately you'll probably have to cut out a lot of the flair to free weight for that and some batteries.
Quaratine Zone - Like Pwnator said, 6-mag over 4-mag any day. Also in regards to your batteries, with 3 spin motors you only need 2 reds. Which will give you more weight for the 6 mag + teeth.
2.5 degree? how did you do that?22.5 degree angle piece with a 20 degree one on top of it facing in the other direction
2.5 degree? how did you do that?22.5 degree - 20 degree.
Something about it just isn't as fun anymore
There's a sharp disconnect in the design of the smooth body and the jagged axle cover/stabilizer. I guess you could use extender spam on the body?
quickly threw this togetherwhat
CW Wedge Flipper. Need to reposition the batteries as they're colliding with the VDMA's.Holy sh** I love it!
I hope this is being put in Deathmatch. So much of this right now.
<3
I lovw how you wasted 20 kg for the airtanks. it's so beautifull
I hope this is being put in Deathmatch.

Very well done, I wish there was a way to make the polycarb. panels on the disc fit together.
It does slightly disappoint me that the slot decals on the chassis can't spin, but that's stretching it I guess.
Oh for some reason it looked like the chassis for a second. Haha.It does slightly disappoint me that the slot decals on the chassis can't spin, but that's stretching it I guess.
Be slightly disappoint no more! That's not the chassis you're looking at, it's a makeshift drum made of skinned armour panels. Only the golden parts don't spin.
That's awesome. I think you can save weight by cutting down on batteries, if 3 spin motors is all you have then a single black batt should do the trick. One black on its own isnt quite enought. One black + one ant should be fine
It's good to have you back.
