THE OFFICIAL WEIGHT CLASS GUIDE
« on: January 08, 2010, 09:49:55 PM »
Just an idea to put the official list up in General Discussion.

Antweight (AW) = 125 kgs

Beetleweight (BW) = 175 kgs

Lightweight (LW) = 249 kgs

Middleweight (MW) = 399 kgs

Heavyweight (HW) = 800 kgs

SuperHeavyweight (SHW) = 1200 kgs

UltraHeavyweight (UHW) = 5000 kgs

In the Ironforge TC Mod, these weight limits vary as so:
AW - 70kg
BW - 90kg
LW - 125kg
MW- 200kg
HW- 400kg
SHW - 600kg

I think that's good. Anything in between SHW and UHW is just a little stupid I think.

agree ^^ simple is easiest

the addition of 1 weightclass would be the best way to go

No one builds featherweights...

BWs are already an endangered species.

Can we get a -4200 kg antiballast smartzone?

At first I was thinking UW to be "unlimited weight", which is to to build the bot as big as possible.  But I guess 5000kg is more than enough since I couldn't even "build to the weight limit".

ok here we go official DSL 2.1 SHW Antiballast and UHW Antiballast (or as I like to call then weightmakers)

https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/WeightMaker.rar

- small compact smartzone
- dark blue/ purple color so they are not mistaken with normal smartzones
- matching DSL Preview Images
- Found at the end of of extra category

will be up on my website for download soon too

FW sounds gay.

Anything in between SHW and UHW is just a little stupid I think.

I like UHW but i disagree with this. It's 3200 kg of difference, there has to be something between when we have AW and BW that have only 50 kg of difference.

FW sounds gay.

Why???

I don't like how it sounds and we have enough sub-LW classes.

Anyways, very nice fad 123 started here XD

It's very possible to build 90 Kg bots in stock, and I'd like to see one in DSL too.

Also, For the lolz, an extra weight class

NOTAHeavyweight - 700KG
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

Meh. I just think that's a little overkill and no one would build something in that weight limit. The thing about UHW is that it's hard to make because the limit is so high. Anything below that would have that challenge removed and then it's pretty pointless besides being a larger SHW.

Here is how it has been, and SHOULD stay! (SHW and UHW could stand change)

Antweight (AW) = 124.9 kgs

Beeteweight (BW) = 174.9 kgs

Lightweight (LW) = 249.9 kgs (game allows 249.9)

Middleweight (MW) = 398.9 kgs

Heavyweight (HW) = 800 kgs

SuperHeavyweight (SHW) = 5000 kgs (1200 to 1500 sounds good)

UltraHeavyweight (UHW) = over 5000 kgs (anything over 1200 to 1500 ^^^)
