I actually flipped HOJ once myself, except it's because when I used the hammer on the bot (forgot who), it made the hammer bounce back up and throw HOJ onto it's back.

The first one (About decapitating Sir Killalot) was a reference to Starscream's death in DOTM, by the way. As pathetic a death as it was (He's one of the most iconic Decepticons, and he's killed by a single human?), it was a good choice for an achievement that involved decapitating an AI enemy robot.
