Between 20 and 40 minutes now I spend time to skin.

1. That depends on all the variables, I'm mainly a slow builder. The chassis takes me about 5 minutes to perfect, then it takes me about 15 minutes to get everything inside the chassis placed, another 15-20 minutes spent on external components, 5 minutes setting up the controls and testing, and up to an hour making the skin. In total, around 1 hour 15 minutes for each robot.
2. The new version of Articulator (http://i44.tinypic.com/2u4sh2b.png) which will compete at BB7. It was more of a PITA than a difficult construction though. Firstly, the original double drum setup I had planned for the robot didn't work, as it pulled my robot up rather than getting under the opponent. So, I tried a single drum setup like I had done before. However, the 30 x 120 DSL Bars I were using were too heavy and pushed the robot about 15kg over the weight limit. I could rectify it by removing a couple teeth, but that would hinder its combat skills. So, I replaced the Vlad wheels with Shiny Hubs. This knocked 16kg off its total weight but made its torque and acceleration absolutely rubbish. Eventually, I gave up and returned to the original version of the robot. Thanks to the shorter DSL bars, I made all the tweaks I needed to and got it done in 15 minutes. Sort of wish I kept it that way to begin with.
3. I'd have to say Super Diced, which will also compete at BB7. No images yet, as that would give people time to counter it but here is a spy-shot with some parts of the robot disguised:
