How to play RA2 online?

I just want to be able to play against others players across the internet.  Are there any actually active servers out there with players, or is RA2 online just dead?

If there is a popular server what is it and what is the password?

My second question is for Hamachi is all you have to do download it, run it and connect to the server, and then go to multiplayer in RA2 and it'll show the other users?

People still play multiplayer via Hamachi, just connect to someone and then make a room in the game using the LAN connection (if that makes sense). There's a board called "Online Battles" with a topic with the names and passwords of a buch of servers to connect to.

Badnik96 Battle network usually has a person or 2 online and ready to battle. It might be full though

It says that network does not exist.  Can anyone please give me a network and password with people online that actually want to battle?  Thank you.

I just created my own network if anyone is reading this and wants to battle.
