The last thing Robot Arena 2's community needs is a bunch of "me too" YouTubers lurking about after their favorite video game commentating nobodies have done a special on the game. I'm really happy that for the first few years of RA2's existence not only was there not a YouTube, but these "reviewers" and let's players were also not a thing either.
I can't wait for PewDiePie's inevitable video so I can finally experience what it's like to watch someone who can't play the game scream "RAPE" for 40 minutes while fighting Sentinel. Even better, how about JonTron so the forums can be inundated with terrible music remixes of all the hilarious quotes and flying text effects from his RA2 special?
The next step from here is a special mention in a sh**ty Cracked article called "14 Video Games You Won't Believe Don't Snerple Flerple Derple Buzzwords and Tits Photoshopped Onto Things That Don't Normally Have Tits". Congratulations, Robot Arena 2.
edit: Not everyone who watches gameplay stuff on YouTube is a piece of crap, and I apologize if I came off in that manner. However, the first time someone comes in and mentions a "Bro Army" so help me God... -__-;
Stop being so pessimistic. I highly doubt GTM can get anymore dysfunctional than it currently is, even with PewDiePie fans.
Everybody just chill. Two people doing RA2 Let's Plays on Youtube does not mean GTM will be inundated with immature fanboys. But even if it does come to that, ranting about it isn't going to prevent it. Right now, it's just going to make people look at you uncomfortably and wonder if they dare post a reply in here.but how popular would that video be
I wonder what would happen if an RA2 veteran did a Let's Play, though. Someone to show the Youtube community how it's done.
