Bot with best wedge in all of stock?

Can't remember which bot is considered to have the best wedge ever. I want to download it and play against it for testing.

nuclear fallout and grade-4 whiplash iirc, both in bttb stock ai
there was another bot in asai that was really wedgy but i cant remember the name
