Hate to be predictable, but that was me. There was some thread in "modification and designs" I think it was, where somehow the topic of a Sgt. Bash replica had come up.  So I just went ahead and made one.

Even still, it's a bloody good replica!

Now then, do you think you could do a Dead Metal one next?   ;)

That would be a challenge. Especially all the random spikes on his armour.

I think the saw system would be a bit trickier. I mean, with it coming outward at an arc and all.

And also, here's a rep I made just now-

Mortis, from Series 2. It lives up to its namesake by having a powerful custom Tanto Blade that can hack through even HW reps.

An extender or something like that on a servo could do that couldn't it?

Suppose. Or we could do the Series 2 version and have the arm on a servo-powered boom, almost like That Darn Dustpan!'s arm.

Or Mortis's Tanto Blade.  v

Thanks! Although the Series 2 Dead Metal was a far better one than the crappy Series 1 one. Did you know that it (S1) was originally going to be pink?

Can't remember series 1 Dead metal as i haven't seen much of series 1.

It was originally going to be painted pink to match its lobster-like appearance, but it was decided to keep it the way it was to make it look more menacing. Matilda was originally going to be black (But later changed to purple-grey), and Sergeant Bash was originally going to be silver.

I got bored again. =D

I still think the front end looks a bit wierd. 224-ish, Plastic 3, Copal Drive with Minis because it had a top speed of 3mph, 4 ants, Piglet for the rear saw. Front arm works from axles alone, with a Tornado spike on the back as a counterweight. Drive forward, stop, and the arm comes out.

Looks good, NFX! I like how you did the decals on the sides.

And who knows? Maybe I could pit it against my Mortis replica below   ;)

Thanks, GF =) The arm took a few tries to get it to work, I tried a snapper, and it was such a havok bomb.

And I don't think your Mortis rep would work. You have the series 2 version. =P

Still, I can always remove the back bars, colour it black and improve the armour, and then we're set :P
