Sounds interesting, Wham! Though I'd recommend an interchangable platform for weapons at the front end of the roboy (IE. Like the flat surface, except with slots for certain weapons), like maybe a long spike for ramming, or a detachable ramming scoop for pushing opponents or something.

The changable parts thing almost never works. If you want me to fill up an entire .doc page explaining the ways it'll go to heck I will. :P

No really.

really.

You made the same mistake with hunter that we made with invasion.
Both robots have a huge chasis with quite a bit of empty space in it.
I think most make this mistake when building their first robot

Alejandro is my newest robot i've made, this is an old version from a couple of months back, since then the blade has been taken off, it has a wedge at the front and is now being upgraded to an axe bot ^-^
Both are featherweights in real life.

Do you really call a blue waddle/noodle thing an axe?

BLYME thats a lot to answer to O.O

@GF1: We're not going to mess about with all that, just having some spikes then maybe change weapons throughout the year.

@Vertigo 1: Too difficult to work with, and its too expensive.

@ashman: sounds like that, but as much as i love FW-replicas of HW robots, i dont want to copy another, more popular robots design (even if it successful!)

@Sparkey: Save it, i'll give the biggest reason why i shouldnt have interchangable weapons:
I was born on the 7th March 1996, which makes me a full blown Piecies.
One of the Piecies traits is that we can NEVER make our minds up on a decision quickly - which i certantly live up to.
It takes me a while to decide if i want a drink or not :P
So, as you can imagine, having the multiple choice of weapons to put on a robot would probably mean i'd be going home from the event with a pounding headache :P

@Vertigo 2: Makes you feel lucky there isnt a roboteer like Naryar in the pits doesnt it? :P

@Zog: No silly :P The blade was also the blue noodle boodle, but the blue noodle boodle has been taken off of the bladey wadey (i'll stop XD) and the blade has been taken off to make room for the wedge that he currently has, and will probably be used as a support at the back (unless the axe doesnt rock the robot around too much)

Tell ya what, i'll just make a thread for all this so that it means people can still post replicas :P
Damn I should probably put something fancy in this bit huh?

YES, he'd be the equivelant of Iron Awe 5 if he was as accurate at making robots (IRL) as he is at RA2!

A small JX. I don't know how I managed to squeeze it in though.

I'm improving it already now, it just needs skinning. Will post it when it's done.

OK then. I'm thinking of a rep to make for RW2. Some of my options have included-

A-Kill
Professor Chaos
Prince of Awe
259
Raider
Bulldog
Rugger
Sallad

Which one do you think I should go for?

Professor Chaos - I know the builder of it. He was next to me in the pits at the last event. He also has a featherweight version called General Disarray.

Just ask him, he's probably a nice enough guy to do so.
