I would know as i am a huge Mortis fan and it was the 1st ever robot i saw on Robot Wars, which was the reason i was sucked into it just watching Mortis pound the heck out of Matildas chainsaw

Looking at the rep closely, I don't think that's a lifting arm anyway. look at the image VEVO posted, theres a bump around the axe and at the front. And if that's the arm on the rep it's way too in the middle and not actually connected to anything by the look.
