Rusty, one of the many Series 9 robots that got almost no screentime due to the format.

Sounds like something from Alphaism RWAI. I'd probably start there.

Got bored, asked the guys on the AHOL discord to give me a robot wars bot to replicate. They chose General Carnage 2.

It works pretty well. I need to give it a better skin but then it'll be perfect.

can't sleep so i made another replica instead

Incoming, series 4 version. Possibly the most obscure BattleBots robot to make it that deep into a tournament. Really happy with how the custom parts came out on this one.

Been a long time since I posted any replicas, my progress has halted slightly until my component skinning skills get to a decent level and my time away from replica building has left me a little rusty. For now anyway, here's an unskinned non-Battlebots robot; Grim Reaper.

That's just about perfect. Awesome job, man.

Also, Grim Reaper did compete in Season 5.0 of BattleBots, so it is technically a BB replica :D

A few months ago I made a replica of Trolley Rage from Series 9 of Robot Wars - in hindsight I'd realised that I'd missed certain details such as IRL textures for the side and a bar for the axe to rest on, but I'm pleased with it none-the-less.
