Kan Opener originally came from UK robot wars but moved to roaming robots after the competition stopped along with other robots including Dantomkia and Tornado (I think).

Locust from the multibot, The Swarm.

I'll always remember them from their match against Final Destiny

Hmmm... I think Tazbot wheels fit better on that thing. And a Perm 80 also makes the motor look better.

Not bad, though. :D

No, I mean the one in the second pic. The real bot.

Anyway, here's my try on Root Canal. :D

Couldn't fit the small Perm inside, so I had to use a Piglet. I might fix the chassis shape later.

Do you really think that this replica has working Mecanum (or whatever it is spelled) wheels ?

Mecanum wheels can be implemented in RA2 but it's MUCH more complex.

Also Pwn, just get some smaller drive motors and you could fit the Perm 80 inside.

This is why he annoys me. I think I should start linking to grammar sites.

I love the Swarm. They were godly.

Try to ditch the extender connecting the angler and the burst motor.

I still couldn't think on how to improve the wedges, though.

Not bad at all. :D

Without it the extender would be in the wheel

Note that Diesector's hammers are also at wheel's width. I know. Attach an extender to the burst motor using a side attachment point. Then attach another longer extender to the previous extender using the side attachment point. You'll probably end up with the right width without touching the tires.
