Title: Mazakari's RWRA2 Showcase
Post by: Merrick on September 17, 2015, 10:42:58 PM
So I guess this is gonna be where this goes!

First two robots I built with the new mod, a very simple flipper and an axe, experimenting with the new components. All very nice stuff.  :thumbup

Looking very good! Pleased you like the new components, I've made a little post talking about the assembly of two part axes, crushers and spinners if it helps. :)

Have you tried out mounting the invisible flippers on another burst for extra oomph? The modern replicas use about 3 bursts in total haha.

Yeah, I found some aspects of construction very confusing! I'll check out the axe tutorial. I have a few ideas for it that I want to try out and post up. :)
The invisible flippers are also something I didn't look into too much, but as I rarely actually use my 'bots outside of showcasing purposes, I may just keep them simple with the tiny burst motor for space purposes. :)

this is not supposed to be a mod for building in, can people seriously not see this?

Challenge accepted.  :dumb)

I wish I was good enough to build full armour out of shell panels.

I knew what was meant. I just felt like being contrary.  :dumb)

In regards to the wedge.....I'm not sure, actually. Let's find out.

I'm not sure it is.
I just like messing around with custom and AI parts.

Oh, so that's what this one was made in.  Neat, I was wondering where those parts came from.

I feel like there's some subliminal message I'm missing in the random letter colouring. All I've found though is if you read the red only 'T Dn't ear The RAPE'. don't ear the rape.

Cool looking bot though, I really like the supports.

Holy crap, dude. Your bots are so flipping amazingly badass and awesome. Way to go. I can't even do that type of stuff in DSL 2. Though, I don't really try cause It'd be rather tricky for me. Though I could experiment. But damn, dude. Your bots are super wicked. Nice one, man.
