Mountain Man is a really rad concept. I appreciate the heightened level of detail in the face of the mountain in contrast to the rest of the image, really helps to cement it as the focal point. Part of me wishes the two figures were about 75% of the size they currently are. It would sort of add to the bleak feeling you have going on. I also might suggest that the sky feels a little bit like an afterthought, like it's a little bit lacking. I know that counters what I said prior, but right now there's not much of a reason for my eye to travel to the top of the composition.

yeah i did this because i had to in an art class and not really because i wanted to
i like the idea but man am i sick of drawing things i dont care about
i doubt i will go into the industry

the grass and trees are basically just photoshop brushes i found or made

yes but it's not the best

saving up for a better one, probably a non-wacom cintique alternative (which is like 3x less $$)

Still gotta place the clones in a good pattern. And hey, as long as it works. Hope to see more wildlife-type stuff from you.

Go for what you need from a tablet, it's well-deserved and should be a much more comfortable experience. Having one with a screen seems like it'd be important for doing a comic. Keep it up
