It looks a bit messed up, could do with smoothening and better shadow work. Anyways, My entry.

You forgot Raichu's tail and Jolteon's colour scheme, Staggy. Besides, the sprites don't have to be from scratch, and also, I said I was better with pokemon trainers. I'm still a bit new to this.
