Would it be possible to convert the RA2 components into props in G-Mod?

What kind of weapon is that? It looks like a flamethrower, but the barrel is too short.
Avoid the beam and you won't get hit!

It's a headcrab gun. It shoots out headcrab NPC's that attack the player you aimed at :P.

just outta curiosity, how long did it take to make that model and how long did it take to render on your computer, with all the textures on the object (if you have done that yet). BTW: do you have a quad core or a great computer? Mine is Dual core and has 2 gb ram, pretty slow sometimes...

I have a dual core E7300 overclocked from 2.66 to 3.5Ghz. I also have 8GB of ram (since I have a 64-bit OS). The moeling took me about one evening, renderign that thing took me two minutes.

It's 64-bit Windows 7. 3ds max and photoshop run best on a real windows installation, and not via wine.

None directly. Apart manually editing vertex coordinates in an ASCII GMF file.

File format juggling is a pain, you will probably have to retexture everything in max. Learn it.

My little graveyard, ridiculously easy to make... rendered with the 3ds Max Default Scanline Renderer.
Best Regards,

Because I found this from when I was 12 or so.
Made using ProDesktop for Design Technology. It's such an old fail program but it was free for us.
