Bloodlines: Jugglers almost always have good looks. The appearance is similar to crazy techniques in other games, IMO. While it doesn't matter, I'd like to believe the fights were AI'd.
Reaper's Hug: A cool armored VS with a clamp's name. It also has what I call a "combat-viable dedicated self-righting mechanism" in DSL-S, an extreme rarity. A downside with this splash is that I see no skin at all, just the bones, or parts.
Scrap Slicer: The robot is spaced in the boundaries, neat. The backdrop looks like grunge. The paint job is rusty. Not much else to say.
Solow Paradox: This paradox has become questionable since the 1990s. Technology itself was more valuable, so were retailers who used it to streamline supply-lines. But the jury is still out on this one. In stock, I guess the paradox is that "People have RA2CF but won't build for combat efficiency as often." Sorry for my geekery, I'm just distracting you from the fact that I entered this splash.
There are four good options. That is more than most BOTM's last year. Tough call. Perhaps if I eliminate some options, I can pick one.
Scrap Slicer is a victim of the "Splash of the Month factor." The image is plain, while the pictures have a lighting problem. "Bloodlines" is nice but appears like it would get rekt by the other stock entry. Finally, between options Reaper's Hug and Solow Paradox, I think Solow's Paradox would raise the most eyebrows on the main page. However, if either entry wins I'll feel like have a gold boat on my lawn.
