The idea of the gallery was to spark discussion and inspiration, after all, we've made a big point of saying were not marking on the picture we're sent - that's just a representation of your ideas. Either way, point taken, and it's been removed.

Send a picture of your model, because that's all I'm gonna do if you send me an inventor file so I can add it to the databank.

Just letting you guys know, you only have one week left so make sure you've submitted your entry by July 3rd

Remember:

Use whatever you want to design your robot and send us a picture (or pictures) of it for us to look at. Pictures from as many angles as possible would be helpful
Make sure you do not sign your robot or picture of robot with your name. Anonymity will help reduce our bias
We are looking for 1 featherweight (small) and 2 heavyweights (large) so make sure to label your entries appropriately
Submit all entries to RobotWarsRA2@outlook.com
Blatent copies or recolours of existing robots will be ignored

We don't plan to create a gallery but I'd really like to thank everyone that put time and effort into their designs, especially those who went out of their way to create a whole new design for us, be it a hand drawing, RA2 creation or CAD. Every single one has been hugely appreciated, we've really enjoyed seeing every single different perspective on the challenge and I'm really happy we managed to get so many awesome entries <3

These are only the ones who made it through a huge amount of narrowing down. There are around 40 different entries, but we had to narrow it down as much as possible before heading to a final vote.

I think he means: what was the main reason the other bots were rejected? Too unrealistic? Too close to a real bot?
