I remember the 'Trov. Glitch'.
If you're willing and able, I think you should make a short vid on how to do it, and I'll pin where it belongs.

Wow. I never knew about this particular glitch (Trov Glitch)

I am playing with it right now and making some crazy chassis designs from it.  Neat stuff.

Y'know, we've never had a replica contest.  It could be just like a regular BOTM, but with the added restriction that it has to be a replica.

would need restrictions though.. DSL + AI parts ? and no existing DSL replicas can be made ?

otherwise custom is opening up a can of worms... especially since some can make new components

As long as you can skin components, DSL is quite sufficient.  It's all about the component and body skins.

Hmm... I didn't try any of them in the garage until you just mentioned it. But it crashes the game. Odd. I will have to tinker with it some more tomorrow and see if I can make it stable.  Does the same for you huh?

Yea. Some designs are so unique they don't make it out of the 'structure(chassis) design', others won't work in the practice garage.  Causes Havok to misfire in a few synapses.
So you have to play around to get a both good, and working one.
 
 
Sage, I didn't notice, but did you post your nice tut vid on this?  Or was Trov going to do that....?

JD- Yea, doesn't work in my DSL. However, it does work in one of my many stock games, and I just have to find the one little nuance that allows this >:)

Then I can distribute it and the Trov. Glitch will work in all tournaments.

Rock on! I did some more variables with chassis size and limits... most of my findings were not agreeable to DSL however.  Glad you got somewhere with your testing. :D

I... I think I've quit. Lurking and posting where I feel it's needed from time to time. I was never particularly good, but I tried. Never really succeeding, but trying all the same.

That's called a rammer.  And Click's bot used at least 2 burst motors for his weapons.
