This month will be Stock MW
RULES:
- AI parts are allowed, excluding the 140cm square extender
- cheatbot2 is not allowed
- Custom parts ARE NOT allowed
- Realistic rule DOES NOT APPLY
- Normal building with normal glitches allowed (no AAM, BFE or hax mode)
- Make a splash and upload it using the uploader
- Show the weight in your splash
- You MUST include a shot of the insides
- Entries can be no wider than 700px and no taller than 800px
- Entries can be any image type NO LARGER than 1.0 MB (1024KB or less)
- Only one entry per member
- Entries need to be in by Friday 7/27/12 12:00 midnight Central time

Before this turns into a Stock vs DSL war, I'm going to say that it looks like a lot of people are planning to enter. Looking forward to seeing how many entries we get.

I do hope we get a wide variety of entries. Not like the last Stock MW we had with a bunch of HS that was won by a vague giraffe. =P

To anyone who complains about the lack of Stock BOTMs... Since AT LEAST January, ACAMS has been alternating between Stock and DSL.
To anyone complaining about the lack of 'normal' Stock BOTMs (like this, not like AW/UHW), We've also only had 1 'normal' DSL BOTM since January. (DSL MW, April. Even then, no realism, but I know that's how 'CAMS works)
To give ACAMS his dues, he organizes these very well.

What about last one? it was two DSLs in a row.

Totally missed out July accidentally, but oh no! A whole month! It's really not that bad. Maybe Sept will be Stock too. We just don't know. I think the amount of Stock ones that do happen is good considering the slight lack of Stock building we have right now.

It's not just BOTM. DSL showcases are WAY more active than stock showcases are.

That's not how it works, generally you don't post that you've entered, so people can't guess which bot is yours. Besides, there's an entire week until the deadline, then the voting thread will be posted.

where's the voting thread? it's just 3 days left until August.

The voting thread appears when ACAMS does. Sometimes he's on, sometimes he's not. Just be patient, he has other things to do than run this place.
