Popups = burst motors.
I think that if the pistons are past a certain angle (45 degrees perhaps), then it could be considered a popup. All a popup is is a bot that has weapons "pop" from the direction of the chassis with the intention of attacking an opposing robot's underbelly. A poker would be a robot that "pokes" at another, regardless of the opposing robot's position.
In other words, if it has non-spinning weapons that are intended to attack under bots, it's a popup.
