A bit of a Noob question: Is there any other restrictions in terms of the build rules? Such as if we are allowed to use BFE or component freedom for this month?

It's generally noted that CF and BFE aren't allowed for stock.

I won't comment on the meta being chosen, but the whole "you have to have been in a challenge in the last 3 months" probably should be changed.

In order to compete, you need #1 of the following traits plus perhaps #2 and/or #3
1. One of the few to have a match on this board,
2. A fan of the meta in use,
and/or
3. Willing to enter anything because you want site functions to succeed.
