It's such a satisfyingly huge throw when it connects right, and even better it can still do so even with the wedgelet helpers gone too. I'm less confident about going up against TABFOT now, which is a good thing overall.

The last heat is kicking off with Anti Gravity Evo from Avalanche and Bloodwing from botomatic1000!

Man, what a disappointment.  Blooding could've been so good.  Might want to turn down its turn speed of turn stats.

no surprise I was absolutely thrashed, All out domination by Avalanche I don't know why people thought BloodWing even stood a chance it's terrible.

Bloodwing wasn't bad, but Anti-Gravity was better suited to the gauntlet. Anti-Gravity 4 was actually one of the robots I downloaded from the BotExchange when I was trying to see how to build flippers in DSL, so I'm glad to see it go through. I think I can take it in a fight, though. Assuming I beat Scorpion.

Honestly, that was the round I was most scared about. Minor Discord 2 was not built for slopes :P It was, however, built for Dummy Destruction, and that went exactly according to plan. Kind of a shame, as Kurt's bot looks so cool and mine is just a grey MechaVore HS, but hey, I guess Boring But Practical seems to work okay. Looking forward to Anti-Gravity in the heat final!

Knowing TABFOT can lose quite a lot of parts without affecting the launcher's ability to feck stuff across arenas and over walls easily, i'm not too confident. It should be a great fight though.

last night my boyfriend was absolutely devastated by how rob collins lost against rob collins. he was betting on rob collins to lose and was very close to winning 400$ off a 20 dollar ticket i think? he made several other 2 or 3$ tickets which didn't win either, i'm assuming he bet heavily on the rob collins/rob collins match. maybe a total of 40$ in tickets... he had like 7.

anyways, i've never seen him like this where he was literally pulling his hair out and looking like he's about to cry and cursing every word under the sun about rob collins. i tried to get him in the mood to have sex, which almost worked until i said something like "do me like what you'd do to rob collins" and then he started raging again, hitting himself and walked out for a cigarette. felt kind of embarrassed to be honest...

is this common behavior among bot builders fans?? I only heard of this sort of behavior on TV...
