Let's go, Icepick.

Also Stormcloud vs Torment vs Icepick vs Venom needs to happen at the end.

predictions :

Pangolin: It does look nice. However, it's a boring flipper.

Reading Steiner : Probably the coolest bot here. It's gonna do a Clickbeetle/Jack Daniels in which it's gonna be rekt and forgotten, however.

Strawberry Trapper : Not bad of a bot considering the opposition... I'd be looking at this one, because it's a clamp. Clamps are always nice.

The Living Whacked : It's so ugly lol

Stormchaser and Stormcloud : I do like Stormchaser. However, those flying antweights are worse than crawlers.

Night Terror and Torment : I guess it's an ok vs. Not quite sure why it has a top stabilizer, shouldn't the bot selfright or not work when inverted ? Still more flying antweight bullsh**.

Carbonize : It looks cool. I can't grasp the frontal design, honestly...

Interplanetary : You know, I honestly think interchangeable weapons are OP because you can just adjust to your opponent and completely bypass type effectiveness. Why isn't everyone (or alternatively no one) doing this ?

Galaxy Evo : I guess it's ok.

Frozen Over and Icepick : Frozen Over is ok, if not generic. Icepick is however the gayest antweight flier of all. It's completely invulnerable and attracts bot attention... seriously.

Deathstalker and Venom : I like those ones. The multibot tactic isn't invulnerable, it has a flamethrower and I like Deathstalker. Both also look cool. However, as much as I like them, I don't think they're going to be effective.

Double 0 : Is that a HS/SnS or just a HS ? Otherwise... yeah. Not bad, but not very special or great looking.

Duraung II : Something in this bot attracts me... is it the fact that it has eyes ? I don't know. It still looks better to me than the other flippers. A flipper not being able to srimech is gonna kill it, though.

The Migliore : It looks like a SFTW to me. I have this nagging feeling the hammer is also fixed the wrong way, but i'm pretty sure frenzy hammers have three-sided normals.

John the Robutt : Someone's going to lose to the reskinned Emergency. In a DSL contest. 10/10 would watch again. Although is it using the old stock components or the DSL updated components ?

Wham-O: It needs more waifus on the skin I actually like this hammer. It looks pretty competitive and yet still good aesthetically. Of course, it's going to be rekt by anything with a wedge, but hey.

Really? Wow, thanks, Nar'. Hah, I did not expect th-

It's gonna do a Clickbeetle/Jack Daniels in which it's gonna be rekt and forgotten, however.

Time to reveal the brackets for the Eliminators! The pictures are the order in which the battles will occur.
To the builders with modular robots, you have 24 hours to tell me your configuration via PM. If you don't tell me after 24 hours, then... well, pray you get lucky with the weapon choice I assign you.

Going for the Flipper but not expecting to win considering the OP Frenzy hammer. I might make an anti-hammer attachment for Interplanetary 2.

Up against Kurt.. the only one I didn't want to fight against :D Good luck buddy!

Predictions:

Wham-O over The Living Whacked: Wham-O seems to have a good front protection and the exposed chassis of its opponent looks jucy. The outcome will be decided by the durability of Wham-O's weapon tough

Strawberry Trapper over Double O: A Huge exposed chassis on Double O could be it's downfall. With a few good hits on the axe this could all change though

Carbonizer over Deathstalker: I think the flipper of DS is way do weak to do anything against Carbonizer. That thing is a beast and will go far in this

Reading Steiner over Galaxy Evo: This is the weakest matchup of round one and I don't know who could come out of this. I guess RS's front is protected enought to last long enought to get some blows to the top of GE

Interplanetary over The Migliore: I judge this on experience and say that craig winns this.. with his flipper.. somehow...

Frozen over Stormchaser: Let's face it: Mechavoredisc in da house ladys and gentelman. I know this will sound hypocritical in a few weeks. Also it's that disc against the exposed weaponmotor (what a dumb idea in the first place). And then there is the non excisting chassis of the drone that can'd be touched I guess. I guess I have to let it go...

Night Terror over John the Robbut: this can be interesting if John looses its flippers and scores with the rammplades but I still go for NT

Pangolin over Ouraung II: I simply love the desing of Pangolin. I have no clue wich of the flippers is better and I don't really care... so sympathy points

Against a hammer.  This match could go any way, depending on how the robots drive.

I had to make my robot competitive somehow, so I had to pick the frenZy hammer. Plus, I would not write yourself out just yet, because my robot was built right at the last minute. Indeed, I had two different weapon systems, both of which were not deemed to be in real life according to Demon, which to be honest, I agree with. That flipper you have on Interplanetary does look worrying against my robot, so we shall see in combat.

Oh boy, up against carboniZe right off the bat... that's not a particularly good draw... well, whatever happens, it'll be fun to see how Venom performs.

Best of luck, Wakky. Should hopefully be a fun one! I also hope I get to fight a robot that's actually the correct version!  ;)
